      Sunrise Financial Services has adopted our NO EXCUSES (NO X!) mindset from our communication with clients that have come to us from another lender. They tell us the horror stories, how the facts were misrepresented, the program changed and the unending phone calls that go unreturned, and apparently never received.

Some of the main points under our NO EXCUSES mindset and philosophy:

· Client relationships are more important than profits (I am not Joking)

· We give you no excuses from application to settlement, we educate you and inform you your options and limitations

· We actually want to HELP you, not just get your loan approved and get paid, and yes, there is a difference.

· If you call me on a certain day, I will call you back within 24 hours, or have someone call you and give you the answer or information you need.

· If we promise to send you something in your file, We will mail it to you promptly.

· When you lock into a loan program and we tell you your rate is (x %), your rate will be that rate, unless something happens to your situation, or credit file that would disqualify you for that program. If that happens, we will explain in detail why this has happened.

· We will be honest with you.

· We will attend your settlement if we say we are going to be there. We cannot attend, all, but we strive to attend those we can.
